Shipping depends on the size of your order and where it is going. We work with a number of carriers and aggregators to keep the costs as reasonable as possible.

For local orders, free delivery is available for a number of West Vancouver and Sea to Sky Neighbourhoods.

Bear in mind that we sell preloved kids clothes. We indicate in the product description any damage beyond usual wear and tear.

However - please do not expect to receive brand new goods unless indicated

Selling a variety of brands does mean that sizing can be tricky. We list the size on the label That said, if the product doesn't fit your child - just return it.

​The item shows very light signs of being used but has been exceptionally well-maintained.

• ​Details: Minor "wash wear" (slight softening of the fabric) may be present. There are no stains, holes, or structural issues.
• ​Visuals: All fasteners (buttons, zippers, snaps) work perfectly and look clean.

Very Good Condition

​The item has been used regularly and shows standard signs of a previous life, but it still has plenty of use left.

• ​Details: May have mild pilling, slight fading from laundering, or a faint "play" feel.
• ​Visuals: Any minor flaws are purely cosmetic and do not affect the function of the item.

​Well Worn (Fair Condition)

​The item is functional but shows obvious signs of heavy use or minor defects.

• ​Details: Visible pilling, noticeable fading, or small, non-permanent marks.
• ​Visuals: Perfect for "play clothes" or "daycare clothes" - we prioritize utility over aesthetics.
