1. Consignment Period & Pricing

Pricing is determined by Re.be Kids based on brand, condition, and market demand.  Once listed - Items remain at the original price for 60 days, after which discounts may be applied. The total consignment period is 60 days.

2. Payouts & Fees

Consignors receive 40% of the final selling price of each item. Payouts are issued once an item has sold + a 14 day return period has passed.

3. Item Acceptance Standards

3.a All items must be clean, odour-free, and in excellent or gently-used condition. Items with stains, damage, or excessive wear may be declined.

3.b Re.Be. Kids does not accept the following brands for consignment, including but not limited to: Old Navy, H&M, Costco private label brands, Carter’s / OshKosh, Joe Fresh, Walmart, and Walmart private label brands. Items from these brands may be declined at intake or removed from sale at any time at the discretion of Re.Be Kids.

4. Item Ownership & Liability

Items remain the property of the consignor until sold. Re.Be Kids is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to handling, customers, or environmental factors.

5. Discounting & Promotions

Items may be discounted after 30 days or included in promotional events. Any discounts applied will proportionally reduce consignor payouts.

6. Item Pick-Up & Donation

Unsold items may be collected by the consignor after 60 days. Items not collected after this period may be donated or disposed of at the discretion of Re.Be Kids.

7. Authenticity

Consignors confirm that all items submitted are authentic and legally owned.
